NEWS - keeping an eye on your clients' premiums so you don't have to

Are you using NEWS yet? The New Early Warning System (NEWS) is a unique online system that will automatically alert you when premiums have not been paid on your client's policies.

NEWS will safeguard both your commisson and your clients - and it's all just a click away.

NEWS will:

  • Provide a more effective service to your clients
  • Give you greater client retention rates
  • Help you retain commission
  • Provide you with a faster reinstatement process.

NEWS will notify you by email within three days of a missed premium. The information you will receive includes:

  • Client specific policy information including missed premiums and the amount outstanding
  • Total potential commission clawback
  • Action required to reinstate policy.

To use NEWS, simply login to Legal & General's Adviser Centre in the usual way and click on 'Client Servicing' and 'Information Service Centre' and 'NEWS'.
